Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Kasule Ronald, a Research Assistant working with the Open Distance Learning Network (ODLNetwork) of Makerere University Agricultural Research Institute Kabanyolo in Uganda. I am a commonwealth scholar enrolled at the Institute of Education-University of London, for a MA in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development (EPEID), as a part time student.
The commonwealth scholarship meets part of my educational costs and the rest remain my own responsibility.
I am a person with disabilities moving around in a wheel-chair and this condition further makes my educational costs too expensive given the special educational needs that have to be met if I should remain competitive with the rest of my counterparts.
I have already started on a Module through distance Learning but I am required to go to UK for face to face in my second year of study commencing in January 2013. In both instances, I really need a supplementary financial support in order to meet the additional costs that accrue as a result of my physical situation.
The purpose of this communication is to seek your advice and guidance as to whether there are some financial schemes/scholarships of which I could be eligible.
Dear Dennis,
Thank you for your enquiry.
The documents are not needed at this stage of the application. Just fill in the application and submit. Once the shortlisting process is complete, shortlisted candidates will be asked to present their original documents.
The referees are contact directly.

Dear Sir/Madam
I will be coming to Kampala representing the Biochemical Society on 20th April from the UK.
We are interested in producing on-line resources for schools to support science education for secondary school students/teachers.
I see you have programmes which partner schools and organizations and wondered if anyone from the British Council in Uganda would like to talk to myself and my colleague about possible collaborations
Kind regards
Jane
